Robert Bavalis

The family of the late Robert "Bob" Bavalis age 70 of Houston BC regretfully announce his sudden passing. A memorial service will take place at a later date in Abbotsford BC.

Robert Gary Bavalis age 70 passed away suddenly on Saturday June 20, 2020 at Yorkton SK.  Robert was born on April 14, 1950 in Saltcoats SK to parents Steven and Gizella (Hegyes) Bavalis. He grew up on the family farm south of Saltcoats and attended both Perely and Saltcoats School until the family moved to Mistamin SK.  A few years later the family moved to Abbotsford BC.  Bob as he was called was very good at mechanics and could fix anything.  He loved to tinker with motors and build thing for himself. He purchased a logging truck and hauled logs for logging companies.

Bob is survived by two sons Steven and Robert as well as two grandchildren a brother and two sisters.
