He grew up in Prince Albert, and shortly after meeting Donna, he moved and settled in Yorkton, SK.  Ray worked most of his life in the trucking industry with his most recent employer Federowich Construction, who he really enjoyed working with and for. Ray enjoyed and was great at bowling & baseball in the past, and always loved fishing, hunting, skidooing, and listening to “good tunes”.

Ray was predeceased by his grandparents Mike & Dora Kalyn, and Mike and Maria Kalika; his niece Kristie Kalika; in-laws Nick & Helen Pakish; sister-in-law Emily Armbruster; and brother-in-laws Ray Pakish, Allan Hall, Dudley Peterson and Sid Kowalchuk.

Ray leaves behind to mourn his passing his wife Donna Pakish; daughters Krista (Glenn) of Regina, SK, Megan-Lee of Yorkton, SK, and Brooke (Jeremy) of Regina, SK, as well as his 3 beautiful grandchildren Tatem, Treyten and Aspen.

Ray is also survived by his parents Ernest and Sylvia; brothers Ron, Myron, Bernie and Randy; sisters Natalie and Debby (Roger); and numerous extended relatives and countless friends.
