Michael Melnychuk

Michael Melnechuk, brother of the late Jeanette Woloschuk passed away on Friday, November 19, 2021 at the age of 77 years.

 Michael Melnychuk was born on September 27, 1944 in the Sheho district to Bill and Bella Melnychuk (nee Pasichnyk) and attended school in Rivington and then Foam Lake.  Sadly Michael passed away on November 19, 2021 at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre following a brief illness.

Michael was predeceased by his father Bill in 1993; his mother Bella in 1994 and his sister Jeanette in 2018.

He leaves to cherish his memory his brother-in-law George and niece Cheryl, both of Saskatoon, and his many cousins and friends.

A Private Funeral Service will be livestreamed for Michael  on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 1:00 pm from Christie's Funeral Home website.  

Interment will follow in the Yorkton Memorial Gardens.

Should friends so desire, donations in memory of Michael  may be made to Holy Transfiguration Ukrainian Orthodox Church or to the charity of one's choice.  .
