Martin Melnychuk age 79 years passed away peacefully on Sunday January 31, 2021 at the Pasqua Hospital in Regina, SK.

Martin Angus Melnychuk was born on June 16, 1941 in Foam Lake, SK to parents Metro and Mary (Korluk) Melnychuk.

Martin is predeceased by his parents Metro and Mary Melnychuk; sisters Gloria Blazeiko and Eleanor Sober.

Left to honor Martin’s memory are his loving wife Fran; his siblings Audrie Johnson, Milton (Colette) Melnychuk, Iris (Ray) Steg, Beverlie (Richard) Gangel; Martin’s sons Conrad (Karen) and Brent; step-daughter’s Tamara (Stephen), Debbie (Paul); grandchildren Samantha (Arron), Brooke (Justin), Courtney (Devin); step-grandchildren Lance (Amy), Tracie (Cory); great- grandchildren Lily, Scarlett, Kaleb, Kaylee; step great grandchildren Faith, Jered, Kelby, Kenzie, Lydia, and Lawson.

Martin owned Martin’s auto-body and repair shop in Raymore for 30 years. He sold his business and retired in 1994 due to health problems. Martin and Fran moved to Yorkton in 1997. Martin enjoyed going for walks, socializing, and going for coffee with Fran, family and friends.
