With Great Sadness, the family of Howard Ray Mintram announce his passing September 7, 2023 at the age of 85. Howard married the love of his life Patricia in 1959, they had a glorious life together for 64 years, raising a family with one son; Keith, and four daughters; Donna, Elaine, Wanda, and Corinne.
Howard being a young entrepreneur had many jobs to earn a wage eventually settling in doing trenching and water works for farmers and establishing M&M Water Supplies which him and his wife Pat owned and operated for over 30 years. Howards number one passion was to run the backhoe and working with customers. He also loved traveling and living life like the locals. Other passions were spending time with his family which included his puppies, golfing, camping, fishing, playing horseshoes, hunting, and watching sports.
Predeceased family are his parents; Valdi and Clara Mintram, and step father; Claude, brothers; Calvin, Wayne, infant sister; Helen, in-laws; Emile and Julia, granddaughter; Deidra, sister-in-law; Connie, and brother-in-law; Joe, son-in-law’s; Gilbert and Larry.
He is survived by his loving wife; Pat, son; Keith (Sandra), Daughters; Donna (Mark), Elaine, Wanda, and Corinne (Shane), grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren too numerous to mention, sister; Dorothy (Arnie) brother; Roy. There were several nieces and nephews, cousins, and special friend; Audrey.
A Memorial Service will be held at Christies Funeral Home & Crematorium (121 Palliser Way-Yorkton, SK) on Monday, September 11, 2023 at 2:00 pm.
The Memorial Service will be live streamed for those who cannot attend.
