Gordon Baziniak

Though he will be missed, the family of Gordon Baziniak are comforted in knowing he’s with Jesus.

Gordon passed away on February 2, 2020 at the age of 89.

He leaves behind his wife Jean of 65 years, children Darlene (Robert), Cheryl and Dave.  He was blessed with 7 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren.  He also leaves behind numerous family members and close friends, whom he adopted in his heart and held, close (Bev).

Gordon was a truck driver for many years. He owned his own truck, working in Western Canada and up north.  Going as far as the roads would allow.

At age 79, he went back to his roots and played farmer in Springside these last few years.

Gordon was a kind and gentle soul, loved by many, the angels have welcomed him home and we rejoice.

Psalm 73:26 - My flesh and my heart may fail but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

A visitation will be held for Gordon on Friday February 7th, 2020 at 7 p.m., from the Chapel of Christie's Funeral Home and Crematorium.  A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday February 8th, 2020 at 11:00 in the Springside Town Cemetery with Shelly Morris officiating.
