Announcing with sadness, the death of Freida Evelyn Fiege of Regina, and formerly of Yorkton, Saskatchewan.

Growing up on the farm, Freida attended Orkney and then Reaman School, these being one-room rural schools, and then high school at Yorkton Collegiate Institute.

Freida spent her adult years in Regina.  In her retirement, Freida enjoyed doing crafts and reading, especially about the pioneer history of the Prairies.

Freida is predeceased by her parents Albert and Elsie (Just) Fiege and her brother Henry.

Frieda is being remembered by her sisters Irene, Gladys, Joyce and Ruth; Nieces and nephews Winn, Wanda, Heather, Jason & Tyler; as well as the extended Fiege, Just, and Neudorf families.

The burial of cremains will be on Monday, May 6th at 11:30 A.M. in the Fiege family plot in the Yorkton City Cemetery.
