The family of Duril Mentanko age 58 beloved husband, father and grandfather of Yorkton sadly announce his passing on March 4, 2022 in Regina Sk.
Our family would like to thank all of those who guided him through his journey.
-Dr. Lawale, Dr. Koubi, the many staff at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre, Yorkton Homecare, Cornerstone Therapies, and Sask Abilities Transportations
-Dr. Hagel and the staff at Allan Blair Cancer Clinic, as well as the doctors and nurses at the Pasqua Hospital ICU
A private family service will be held at a later date.
