Candice Winter

Candice (Gulak) Winter was born on June 7, 1967 in Yorkton, Sk. 

She was the second child of Larry and Eileen Gulak.

Candice grew up in Yorkton and spent some time in Calgary, Alberta before returning to Yorkton where she worked at Saskatchewan Health Authority for many years.

Candice was a kind and generous person whose love of animals was second only to her family.  She had a successful career and was a strong leader, but her greatest achievement was becoming a mother to Rachel in 1999 and Maddie in 2001.  

Candice leaves to mourn her, her children Rachel and Maddie, her mother Eileen Gulak, her sister Lisa (Mike) Carson, Daniel and Matthew; her brother Neil (Crystal) Gulak, Liam; as well as many of her family and friends.

She was predeceased by her father Larry Gulak and her grandparents George & Myrtle Gulak and Forbes and Marie Irvine.

A celebration of Candice's life will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at 10:00 am from the chapel at Christie's Funeral Home.
