Brent Lorne Pierrepont

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Brent Lorne Pierrepont announce his passing on Monday May 12th at 12:05 am at the Yorkton Hospital. His soulmate, Jenn, was there to watch him take his last breath and be with him as he made his journey. Brent was a husband, son, father, stepfather, brother and uncle.

Brent was born at the Swan River, Manitoba Hospital to Lorne and Sharon (Bell) Pierrepont on July 16, 1970. He was “eager to start his life” from day one and hit the ground running feet first. He attended Kindergarten to Grade 12 in Swan River then went to Autobody School in Brandon, Manitoba. Later, he moved to Winnipeg, Manitoba for college where he received a Pharmacy Technician degree and a degree in Business Administration. But he returned to Swan River where his heart was drawn to the family business (Lorne’s Autobody).

As a boy, Brent played hockey, learned Taekwondo, and enjoyed dirt bikes and quads. In later years, he loved fast cars and LOUD music! He was always a perfectionist at everything he did and overcame many obstacles in his life. Brent has had some major health problems in the last few years.

Brent married, Jenn, his soul mate and the love of his life on July 12th, 2024. Brent has 2 sons, Dayton (Kendra) and Trey (Sarah) and became an amazing stepfather to Tristin, Hayden and Calla.

We will remember the many good times and cherish you always. Rest in peace now Brent, we will love you forever, until

we meet again. Lovingly remembered by parents Lorne and Sharon, wife, Jenn, children Dayton (Kendra), Trey (Sarah), Tristin, Hayden, Calla, Sisters (Angie), Tara (EJ) and nephew Kai.

Don’t think of him as gone away –
his journeys just begun,
life holds so many facets –
this earth is only one.

Just think of him as resting
from the sorrow and tears
in a place of warmth and comfort
where there are no days and years.

Think how he must be wishing
that we could know today
how nothing but our sadness
can really pass away.

And think of him as living
in the hearts of those he touched …
for nothing loved is ever lost –
and he was loved so much.

If desired, donations can be made in Brent’s memory to the liver or kidney foundation or to the Yorkton SPCA.

At Brent’s request, cremation has taken place, and a private service will be held at a later date.
